Merit Capital Partners manages
over $1 billion of capital through four institutionally-sponsored limited partnerships. We invest mezzanine and
equity capital in middle-market companies principally in
manufacturing, distribution and services industries. We
focus exclusively on high-quality, established businesses
with carefully conceived operating strategies. Our goal is
to work with committed owners and strong managers to help
increase a company's enterprise value.
Merit has a long history in mezzanine and
equity investing. The partners average over 20 years of
investing experience, including more than 10 years together
at Merit. During this time, we have made over 40 investments
and have demonstrated an ability to navigate through various
business and economic conditions. Our diverse backgrounds
and long tenures in the deal business have resulted in a
well-defined investment strategy and a willingness to
creatively structure our investment to fit each
opportunity’s distinctive circumstances.
