The Company provides private label bottled water to various prominent grocers and retailers including Costco, Safeway, Albertson’s, Fred Meyer’s and Winco, among others. The Company has the capacity to purify, bottle and ship 25 million cases of water annually through its manufacturing facility in Burlington, Washington.
Merit provided both subordinated debt and common equity in support of the leveraged buyout.
