Merit Capital Partners Exits Three Fund V Investments

Merit Capital Partners is pleased to announce three Fund V exits: Manitowoc Tool & Machining, L.L.C. (September 2022), Crown Products and Services, L.L.C. d/b/a Crown Carbon Reduction Technologies (October 2022), and Rose Paving, L.L.C. (November 2022). Please see below for additional details.
 
Merit Capital Partners Exits Manitowoc Tool & Machining, L.L.C.
 
Merit invested in Manitowoc Tool & Machining (“MTM”) in October 2011, in partnership with the company’s existing shareholder. Headquartered in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, MTM is one of the largest machine shops in the United States, with capabilities to produce a wide variety of parts ranging in size from small pieces to those in excess of 10,000 pounds.
 
Merit invested both subordinated debt and equity to support the majority recapitalization of MTM. Please contact Tom Campion or John Darguzas for additional information.
 
Merit Capital Partners Exits Crown Products and Services d/b/a Crown Carbon Reduction Technologies
 
Merit invested in Crown in September 2012, in partnership with the company’s existing owners and management team. Headquartered in Gillette, Wyoming, Crown is a specialty chemical company that formulates and applies proprietary chemicals used to facilitate raw material handling, primarily in the coal, mining and oil and gas industries.

Merit Capital Partners Exits Rose Paving, L.L.C.
 
Merit invested in Rose in October 2015, in partnership with the company’s existing management team. Rose, headquartered in Bridgeview, Illinois, is a provider of preventative and restorative parking lot maintenance services, with many national and regional customers. Rose has locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Nashville, Phoenix, and Tampa.
